Systems Support Engineer

We’relooking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Support Engineer tojoin our technical team. This role is primarily focused on providing day-to-daysupport across Microsoft applications (including Office 365, Azure AD andExchange Online) , Zoho applications with an emphasis on Zoho CRM ,and general hardware related issues. You’ll be a key point of contact fortroubleshooting, system queries, and supporting smooth day-to-day operationsacross the business.

Whileyour core focus will be on Microsoft and Zoho platforms, experience with otherCRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) is also valued, as ithelps build broader context for the role. This position is ideal for someonewho enjoys varied technical work and wants to develop further in both supportand systems configuration, this role will also provide the opportunity to gainexposure to low-code scripting (Deluge) and automation opportunities for thoseinterested in expanding into light development work.

The SystemsSupport Engineer will be an integral part of a highly efficient and respectedtechnical team working alongside Machine Learning expertise, experiencedsoftware developers and solution architects. The ability to communicate andwork effectively within a team is essential, as such the ideal candidate shouldbe confident, engaging and personable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providefront-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, ExchangeOnline, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
• Deliverday-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarilyZoho CRM.
• Maintainand configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
• Supportonboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup andpermissions.
• Assistwith general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
• Liaisewith the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement systemimprovements.

Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365 and other coreMicrosoft cloud services.
• Familiarity with SaaS CRM platforms — Zoho CRMexperience preferred, but knowledge of similar systems like Salesforce,Dynamics, or HubSpot is also beneficial.
• A strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset —confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable juggling multiple support requests andadapting to a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
• Eager to grow and open to learning areas such aslow-code scripting (e.g. Deluge in Zoho).

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ Years supporting Microsoft Applications and SaaS CRMSoftware (Zoho CRM desirable).
