In this role you will join a fast-paced Agile environment to ensure high-quality software for major financial clients. You will work within a Scrum-enabled team, handling testing across the lifecycle, from planning to defect management. You’ll engage with clients and translate specs into test plans, driving reliable solutions and continuous improvement. The opportunity emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and collaboration to deliver robust asset management software.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze client specifications to create test plans
  • Estimate effort to support development proposals
  • Test software against client specs
  • Perform solution testing to verify system integrity
  • Manage and track defects
  • Work within a Scrum team and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate independent work with a collaborative mindset
  • Take ownership of projects and drive problem-solving initiatives
Key requirements
  • Commercial Software Testing Experience
  • Up to 5 years’ experience in system testing
  • Quick learner with openness to new technologies
  • Team player, flexible, accurate, hands-on mentality
