Talent Acquisition Ops & Analytics Lead (Remote)

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager who will serve as the operational and performance engine for our global TA function. This role focuses on transparent TA reporting, systems and vendor infrastructure, and driving AI/recruiting technology adoption across the team.

The role is hands-on, requiring comfort with data and stakeholders, and will be full-time and remote. Eligible candidates must be able to work without sponsorship.
