Tanium Vulnerability Management Engineer

Design Tanium data flows and address vulnerabilities as a Toronto-based Infrastructure Engineer working hybrid, five days monthly in office. Apply broad platform expertise.

This six-month contract, with extension, supports Tanium engineering and vulnerability management. You will understand infrastructure environments, security concepts, platform risks, and exposure when alarms surface. The work connects Tanium capabilities with vulnerability management teams and their data needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess servers, platforms, exposure, and vulnerabilities as alarms surface
• Design Tanium feeds for vulnerability management platforms
• Build interfaces and leverage Tanium modules
• Automate components using AAP2 automation platform
• Plan proactive configurations and data presentation

Requirements:

• Ten years of engineering experience with broad infrastructure understanding
• Linux, Windows, Shell, and PowerShell experience
• Networking, firewall, JBoss, and Tomcat knowledge
• Tanium experience designing capabilities and feeding tools
• Ansible Automation Platform experience, ideally AAP2
