Our client, a well-established public accounting firm in Glen Allen, VA, is hiring an experienced Tax Associate or Senior to join their growing team. This is a true generalist environment. You’ll work across nearly every client type and industry, building the kind of broad, well-rounded experience that sets you up for a long career and a clear path into management and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review individual (1040) returns, with an emphasis on high net worth individuals
• Prepare business returns for partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits
• Support small and mid-sized business clients across a wide range of industries
• Assist with compilation and review engagements
• Build relationships with clients and become a trusted resource as you grow

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong background in individual 1040 preparation, ideally including high net worth clients
• Exposure to business returns (partnership, corporate, nonprofit) is a plus
• CPA or progress toward the CPA preferred
• Someone who enjoys variety and wants to keep learning

Compensation and Benefits

• $80,000 to $100,000 base salary, depending on experience
• 3 weeks of PTO to start, plus 2 additional weeks for extra busy season hours

• Fully onsite in Glen Allen, with potential for hybrid flexibility down the road
