Tax Associate

Supporting the tax function for complex, multi-entity structures, the full-time remote Tax Associate will assist with tax compliance, coordinate with external advisors, and contribute to fund-level tax reporting while developing foundational tax expertise. Key responsibilities Perform first-level review of tax returns, Schedule K-1s, and workpapers prepared by external advisors Assist in maintaining the tax compliance calendar and proactively flag deadlines for annual filings Help coordinate the collection and review of tax documents and related investor requests Required qualifications 1-3 years of tax experience, preferably at a Big 4 or national accounting firm Strong working knowledge of federal and state income tax compliance for partnerships Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Economics, or a related field Experience with onshore and offshore fund structures is a plus Strong abilities in Microsoft Excel
