Tax Associate (Fully Remote)

• Perform first level review of tax returns, Schedule K-1s, and workpapers prepared by external advisors.
• Assist in maintaining the tax compliance calendar and proactively flagging deadlines.
• Support tax process improvement and research tax issues relevant to funds.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of tax experience, preferably at a Big 4 or national accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of partnership taxation and federal/state income tax compliance.
• Ability to work in the United States.

About the Role:

• Report directly to the Tax Manager and support tax functions across complex fund structures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Gain exposure to compliance, investor tax reporting, and advisor coordination.
