Tax Director

DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. seeks a Director of Property Tax in a fully remote California‑based role. You will lead the provision of property tax services, manage processes and staff, and drive tax savings for clients.

The position requires a bachelor’s in Accounting/Real Estate/Finance/Economics and 10+ years of experience, advanced Excel/Outlook/Word, and strong communication. Travel 25-40% may apply; compensation range is $190k-$240k.
