Tax Director

Rex, a private ecosystem spanning real estate, tech, and related ventures, seeks a Director, Family Office to own capital, credit, and tax infrastructure behind Peter Rex and the Rex portfolio. You will negotiate with banks, structure financing, and lead tax strategy end to end, with high discretion and direct access to sensitive financial information.

This hands-on role starts with PE deal-making and portfolio needs, expanding across Rex verticals over time.
