Tax Preparer

Reviewing and preparing tax returns in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Tax Preparer will ensure accuracy and compliance while acting as a client liaison throughout the tax preparation process. Key responsibilities Review and analyze client tax and revenue data to prepare accurate returns Facilitate and process state and local tax filings, ensuring timely payments Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (math degree preferred) or equivalent experience in accounting Strong mathematical and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations Effective prioritization and time management skills to meet tax deadlines
