Tax Senior

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and proactive tax guidance.
• Research complex tax issues and communicate findings clearly to clients and team members.
• Assist with tax planning strategies to help clients minimize tax liabilities and achieve financial goals.
• Mentor and train junior staff while reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with partners and managers on special projects and consulting engagements.
• Stay current on changing tax laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA license or CPA candidate preferred.
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience preparing business and individual tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office.
