  • Research and resolve complex tax issues
  • Assist clients with federal and state tax matters
  • Implementation of tax planning and strategies
  • Complete special projects assigned by management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Enrolled Agent or CPA license preferred
  • Experience preparing individual and business tax returns preferred
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple time-sensitive xhqgsiq tasks
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential client information
  • Dedicated to team collaboration and exceptional service to clients
  • Computer & tax software proficiency
