Key Responsibilities for the Tax Supervisor:

• Prepare and review complex Individual, Partnership, and S Corporation tax returns
• Support tax planning kickoff calls and quarterly advisory meetings
• Help implement tax planning strategies across client engagements
• Review financial statements and identify proactive tax planning opportunities
• Assist with entity structure evaluations and compensation analyses
• Mentor, review, and provide guidance to staff-level tax professionals

Qualifications for the Tax Supervisor:

• 3-5 years of public accounting experience
• CPA or EA designation required
• Experience preparing and reviewing Individual, Partnership, and S Corporation tax returns
• Strong understanding of tax planning and advisory services
• Experience reviewing financial statements and identifying planning opportunities
• Prior experience mentoring or reviewing junior staff work preferred
