TD Client Banking Advisor

Build lasting customer relationships at TD Canada Trust through financial guidance, problem resolution, and confident digital banking education in Calgary.

As a Personal Banking Associate, you will address day-to-day customer needs and service transactions across the branch. You will identify needs, refer customers appropriately, explain banking solutions, and support accurate business processes. The role also includes helping frontline staff, recommending operational improvements, and contributing to an equitable work environment through shared knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and exercise judgement confidentially
• Provide information and advice on banking solutions
• Build customer confidence in emerging digital banking trends
• Recommend improvements to branch operations and processes
• Complete documentation consistently with regulations and TD ethics

Requirements:

• High School diploma or relevant experience
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
• IFC or equivalent completed within 90 days
• Strong administration, planning, and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers
