TD Customer Experience Banking Associate

Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful advice as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Val-d’Or, Quebec. Work 18.75 hours weekly.

In TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking line of business, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. The role includes deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, customer concern resolution, and clear communication about banking processes. You will also promote banking solutions, complete business processes, and support a positive branch experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes timely
• Recommend operational improvements supporting operational excellence

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
