TD Customer Service Banking Associate

Process banking transactions and advise customers as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Langley, British Columbia. This is a 15-hour opportunity.

At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal and Commercial Banking customers through service transactions, product information, and banking solutions. The position requires customer experience skills, discretion, and accurate execution while identifying needs and referring customers appropriately. You will also help maintain positive team effectiveness and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes timely
• Connect personally while explaining banking processes clearly

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet use
• Calm, courteous, accurate, and detail-oriented communication
