TD Customer Service Banking Associate

Process banking transactions and advise customers as a TD Customer Service Associate in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, working 15 hours weekly.

At TD Canada Trust, this associate serves Personal and Commercial Banking customers at the branch. You will assess needs, recommend banking solutions, and provide clear guidance while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct. Customer experience, communication, organization, and accurate administration are central to the work. Training and onboarding sessions support your start in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes accurately
• Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
• Strong organizational, planning, administration, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication with different people
