TD Personal Banking Associate

Build customer relationships at TD as a Personal Banking Associate, guiding banking needs and delivering digital education in a branch environment.

This Personal Banking Associate role supports customers with advice, service transactions, and problem resolution. You will understand needs, recommend banking solutions, and guide customers to appropriate contacts. The position also supports frontline staff and branch operations while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, and digital education
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
• Recommend branch process improvements and complete business procedures

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Obtain Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within six months
• Proficiency with MS Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong organization, communication, judgment, and customer experience skills
