TD Personal Banking Associate

Build customer relationships at TD as a Personal Banking Associate, using banking knowledge and digital education to support clients. Work in a branch office serving financial needs.

This role supports customers with advice needs, service transactions, and banking solutions. You will guide clients to appropriate contacts, resolve problems, and explain mobile, ATM, and online banking. The position also supports frontline operations and accurate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
• Educate customers about digital banking channels
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Improve branch practices and customer experience

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
