Team Lead, Portfolio Management

Leading a team of Portfolio Managers, the full-time Team Lead, Portfolio Management will manage existing credit relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and proactively identify credit risks and revenue opportunities in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Supervise the SBA and Portfolio Management Team, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews Manage a portfolio of credit relationships, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidance Conduct loan reviews and document changes, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling bank products Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field 6+ years of relevant portfolio management experience Strong analytical skills to assess financial statements and cash flow Knowledge of banking and commercial lending products Excellent leadership and communication skills
