Team Lead, Senior Fullstack Engineer

A fast-growing AI software company is hiring a Team Lead, Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in Toronto to help build a modern enterprise platform used to manage, monitor, and scale AI systems. The company is growing rapidly, shipping major releases, and expanding its Toronto engineering team. This is a product-focused full stack role where you’ll own features end-to-end across frontend (mostly), backend, architecture, and user experience. Ideal for engineers who like solving business problems, shipping quickly, and building products users rely on daily.

What You’ll Do

• Build and evolve frontend and backend product features across a modern SaaS platform
• Design dashboards, workflows, analytics views, and user-facing systems
• Own architecture decisions and help implement scalable engineering practices
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve quality and speed
• Collaborate closely with product, design, ML, infrastructure, and security teams
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clean product experiences

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong frontend skills with React / TypeScript or equivalent frameworks
• Strong backend experience with Java / Spring Boot or comparable stacks
• Excellent product sense and experience shipping customer-facing software
• Strong system design skills and ability to own features end-to-end
• Startup experience or 0→1 product building is highly valued
