Overview
In this entry-level program, you will rotate across two six-month assignments to gain hands-on experience in big data, AI, SRE, DevOps, and security engineering. You’ll work with AWS and Azure, receive mentorship, and develop your technical and professional skills. You will contribute to products that support insurance, healthcare, and government markets. This role offers hands-on learning and a path to impactful software development work within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Draft and review specs for simple system components
- Apply development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews under guidance
- Work in diverse development environments and collaborate with stakeholders
- Fix simple bugs and apply test-driven development
- Gather and analyze software requirements with stakeholders
- Resolve basic technical issues and stay updated on new technologies
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of software development methodologies and data manipulation languages
- Understand data modeling principles and applicable development languages
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field; graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027
- Excellent written and verbal communication for team collaboration
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, C#, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, Linux, and .Net
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies
- Knowledge of data manipulation languages and data modeling principles
- Willingness to learn new processes and technologies
