Tech Delivery Lead

In this Technical Delivery Lead role, you guide large-scale SAFe Agile Release Trains to align multiple teams and deliver value in a Banking Book subledger transformation. You enable cross-team collaboration, manage dependencies and risks, and drive continuous improvement in finance technology initiatives. You will partner with engineering, architecture, finance and business stakeholders to deliver complex programs at scale. • Coordinate Agile planning and events to ensure value delivery across team-of-teams
• Monitor planning execution and support cross-team backlog refinement for business alignment
• Coach cross-team Agile practices for teams and Scrum Masters
• Identify, track and mitigate cross-team risks and blockers
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration with business, product, vendors to maintain alignment
• Promote new Ways of Working and Agile culture, fostering safe idea-sharing and risk-taking
• Drive interlock and dependency management for release readiness across stakeholder groups
• Optimize flow by addressing bottlenecks, ensuring data quality and continuous delivery
• Track and report key metrics for leadership governance and delivery improvement

• Deep technical leadership across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Experience leading large-scale SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) including PI Planning, dependency management, risk mitigation and governance
• Delivery of complex enterprise transformation programs with governance, RAID management, and cross-functional collaboration across Architecture, Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance and Control functions
• Experience in Banking Book, Subledger, General Ledger, Accounting Controls, Treasury, Product Control or Finance Reporting environments
• Knowledge of data and integration architecture (financial data platforms, reconciliation, event sourcing, APIs, ETL, messaging, large-scale data transformations)
• Strong DevOps mindset (automation, CI/CD, test automation, release management, engineering metrics, code quality)
