Overview

As a UX/UI-focused consultant, you will design accessible, delightful web and mobile experiences in collaboration with product and engineering. You’ll conduct user research, build personas and journey maps, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while maintaining the design system. You’ll work with front-end engineers to ensure accessibility and fidelity to specs, iterating on usability insights. This role supports client-focused digital products within a global, forward-looking technology services leader.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; maintain design system
  • Collaborate on usability testing and iterate based on insights
  • Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure spec adherence and accessibility
Key requirements
  • Degree in Design/HCI or equivalent portfolio
  • Figma/Sketch, design systems, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design
  • 4–7+ years in UX/UI for digital products
