Responsibilities

• Own technical implementation plans and engineering milestones.
• Lead architecture and code quality across backend services and integrations.
• Productionize AI components into stable product workflows.
• Improve release safety with testing strategy, CI/CD standards, and incident readiness.
• Coordinate engineers across disciplines to remove blockers and sustain velocity.

Must-have skills

• Strong backend architecture and distributed systems design.
• Experience integrating AI services (LLM APIs, LangChain-based services, RAG backends).
• CI/CD, containerization, and production observability expertise.
• Strong reliability and performance troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on technical leadership in planning and code quality governance.
