Tech Lead

You will shape the technical direction for a greenfield phase 2 project as part of a remote-first team. In this hybrid role, expect about three-quarters to be spent on leadership and strategy, with a quarter on hands-on development. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and other development teams to ensure scalable, high-performance software. You drive engineering standards and maintain alignment with the product vision, enabling the team to deliver impact at scale. This is a chance to influence architecture and mentoring across a small, capable team in a fast-moving environment.
