Overview

As Tech Lead, you will shape our engineering culture and architecture from the ground up in a healthtech startup aimed at improving cancer patients’ lives. You’ll lead an offshore India-based team and work mostly remotely, with hands-on coding to start. You’ll balance technical direction with people leadership to build a scalable platform that supports exercise, diet, and mental well-being for users. This role offers significant scope, equity, and rapid impact in a mission-driven environment.

Pay / Benefits

Responsibilities
  • shape engineering culture and architecture
  • lead and coordinate a remote offshore development team (India)
  • perform hands-on development as needed
