Overview

In this role you own the Robotaxi autonomy performance framework and drive end-to-end release gates for production deployments. You shape how we measure, report, and act on driving performance across the vehicle, software, and evaluation stack. You lead cross-functional teams to triage issues, root-cause problems, and land fixes that improve rider experience and operational readiness. You will define release criteria and rollback plans, while staying hands-on to accelerate debugging when needed. This position offers ownership of a mission-critical system that enables safe, scalable, and trusted public deployments.
