Tech Lead Manager

In this role, you will lead a ~10-person engineering team focused on building scalable backend services in a privacy‑aware ride-hailing platform. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to shape architecture, plan features, and deliver high‑quality code in Go, while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence. • Lead and manage a team of ~10 developers in daily planning, delivery, and career growth
• Own architecture for mid- to large-scale features (M- and L-sized) in collaboration with design, QA, and product teams
• Gather requirements and align project goals with cross-functional stakeholders
• Analyze, design, and evaluate technical requirements with the team
• Write clean, scalable backend code primarily in Go
• Review peers’ code to ensure quality and consistency
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents and user guides

• 5+ years experience building scalable and reliable backend services
• Proficiency in Go, Ruby, Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of databases and messaging systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
