Tech Lead Manager - Lakebase

In this Tech Lead Manager role, you guide a small team while staying hands-on, shaping the architecture of Lakebase across reliability, proxy, or storage. • Lead a team of ~5 engineers, owning execution and timely delivery
• Stay hands-on: design, architect, and implement core parts of the stack

• 5+ years of engineering experience with time as tech lead or senior engineer
• Strong hands-on depth in system design and coding for large-scale distributed services
• Experience with testing, monitoring, and SLAs in distributed environments
• People management or tech lead experience
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders and balance short-term vs long-term goals
• BS in Computer Science or related field
