Tech lead (MERN)

Lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, Node.js, React, AKS, and modern DevOps practices. Act as the primary technical lead interfacing with customers and managing end-to-end technical delivery.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for application deployment and management.
• Strong experience with Event Driven Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Frontend Development

• Advanced proficiency in Node.js.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture.

Database Management

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for storage, retrieval, and performance optimization.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience with GitHub and version control best practices.

Quality Engineering

• Experience with unit testing using Jest.

Analytical & Problem Solving

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to improve system performance and resolve technical challenges.

Leadership & Communication Responsibilities

• Ability to discuss architecture, design decisions, and technical strategy with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and scalability objectives are met.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to development teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
