In this Tech Lead role, you will shape the product’s architecture and drive engineering excellence at scale within monday.com’s Enterprise Engineering group. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to own features from concept to deployment in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll work across the stack to enable large-scale, user-facing web products and apply cutting-edge tech to data management. This role offers ownership, learning opportunities, and a chance to influence how enterprise clients experience our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Shape product architecture and engineering practices
  • Evolve architecture to support scale in users, features, and data
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Own end-to-end from conception to post-deployment in a dynamic setting
  • Work with stack: React.js, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of building loved products
  • Full-stack development with a primary backend focus
  • Experience building large-scale, user-facing web products
  • Deep product understanding and focus on exceptional UX
  • Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork
