Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers to develop high-quality outcomes
- Design, build and maintain modern software solutions
- Collaborate with product, business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into working products
- Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve development and business processes
- Coach team members on technical challenges and professional growth
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and delivery approaches
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, and user-focused solutions
- Stay current with software engineering, cloud technologies and AI developments
Key requirements
- Around 3–5 years of software engineering experience
- Experience leading projects or small teams; mentoring or leadership exposure
- Strong coding skills with production-grade software delivery
- Interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Collaborative mindset and desire to help others grow
- Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models; automation/workflow tools or low-code/no-code solutions
