Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers to develop high-quality outcomes
  • Design, build and maintain modern software solutions
  • Collaborate with product, business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into working products
  • Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve development and business processes
  • Coach team members on technical challenges and professional growth
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and delivery approaches
  • Deliver scalable, maintainable, and user-focused solutions
  • Stay current with software engineering, cloud technologies and AI developments
Key requirements
  • Around 3–5 years of software engineering experience
  • Experience leading projects or small teams; mentoring or leadership exposure
  • Strong coding skills with production-grade software delivery
  • Interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technologies
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Collaborative mindset and desire to help others grow
  • Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models; automation/workflow tools or low-code/no-code solutions
