Tech Operations Application Support Engineer

Support enterprise applications in Halifax as a Tech Operations Engineer, using JIRA, GitHub, and Azure DevOps in a remote role.

NTT DATA seeks a Tech Operations Engineer with three or more years in Tech Operations or Application Support. You will administer and troubleshoot supported tools, maintain versions, and support deployments. The position focuses on reliable application operations, security compliance, and responsive incident communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support JIRA, GitHub, Workfront, Kronos, MetricStream, and Azure DevOps
• Perform patching, upgrades, and application maintenance
• Support Run application deployments through change management
• Monitor application health and resolve performance issues
• Document configurations, patches, and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Three or more years in Tech Operations or Application Support
• Hands-on JIRA, GitHub, and Azure DevOps experience
• Understanding of patching, version management, and deployments
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines
• Willingness to provide off-hours and weekend support
