Tech Operations Application Support Engineer

Support enterprise applications in Halifax with JIRA, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and cloud environment experience. This role focuses on dependable technology operations.

NTT DATA is seeking a Tech Operations Engineer to maintain critical tools and support Run application deployments. You will administer platforms, manage upgrades, troubleshoot incidents, and follow operational controls. The work includes collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for enterprise technology tools
• Perform application patching, upgrades, and maintenance
• Support Run application deployments under change management
• Monitor application health and resolve availability issues
• Document configurations, patches, and operating procedures

Requirements:

• Three or more years in Tech Operations or Application Support
• Hands-on JIRA, GitHub, and Azure DevOps experience
• Understanding of version management and deployment processes
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines
• Application administration and troubleshooting expertise
