Tech Operations Lead – Macs, Multi-Site & Incident Response

Starling Bank is seeking a proactive Technology Operations leader to manage a high-performing team across multiple offices, supporting a mainly Apple Mac estate with some Windows PCs. You will ensure exemplary operational standards, oversee incidents, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, coach your team, and develop dashboards that track KPIs.
