Tech Principal

As Tech Principal at AND Digital, you will steer technical direction on large-scale projects while coaching teams in engineering best practices. You will champion software quality and the technical vision for AND and our clients, shaping engagements with standards, templates, and accelerators. You’ll work across the stack with a DevOps mindset, mentor developers, and lead technical strategy for enterprise AI and scalable foundations. This role blends hands-on delivery with strategic influence in a multidisciplinary, client-centric environment.

• Software engineering experience across the full stack with Java and Backend Development
• Proven ability to lead technically while contributing to code and architecture
• Mentoring experience and ability to give/receive feedback to develop others
• Experience shaping client projects and technical solutions to strengthen relationships
• Experience evaluating technologies for long-term foundations; strategic platform thinking
• Senior-level influence in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
