Tech Product Manager — Messaging & Integration Platform

Bank of England is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Messaging & Integration) to own the roadmap and backlog for critical messaging services across RTGS, SWIFT and related systems. Location: Leeds or London with hybrid working and a 50% in‑office requirement.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects and stakeholders to shape demand, prioritise upgrades and ensure platform capabilities evolve in line with technology strategy, lifecycle obligations and operational resilience.
