Technical Adoption Architect

Vena in Canada (Remote) is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager to drive product adoption, optimize usage, and safeguard the technical health of the platform for assigned customers post‑implementation.

You will provide hands‑on guidance, support high‑risk accounts, and partner with Account Managers to guide architecture and configuration decisions that maximize value and reduce churn. Travel as needed to client events.
