Overview

As a Technical Adoption Architect at Ironclad, you help customers translate their goals into value through AI-enabled contracting. You work closely with account teams to guide adoption from pre-sales to activation, designing scalable contracting workflows and integrations. You articulate the strategic impact of AI and ensure safe, effective integration across the contracting lifecycle. You act as a trusted advisor, aligning legal, sales, procurement, IT, and executives to accelerate platform adoption and long-term ownership. This hybrid London role offers a pathway to shape customer outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption from pre-sales to activation, including roadmapping and phased implementation.
  • Validate product/solution fit, customer risks, and success measures; translate inputs into a practical path to value.
  • Design and build contracting processes in Ironclad with configured workflows, templates, and integrations for scalable adoption.
  • Provide platform architecture and solution-design judgment on integrations, sequencing, maintainability, and extensibility.
  • Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end and define the right technical approach and phased scope.
  • Offer expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation and explain AI capabilities, risks, and controls.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships, navigating complex problems, and identifying adoption opportunities across stakeholders.
  • Lead executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement to articulate value and tradeoffs.
  • Be the voice of the customer inside Ironclad and feed insights to the Product team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Team, Adoption Strategists, Enterprise Architects, Forward Deployed Engineering, Legal AI Specialists, Support, and Success.
Key requirements
  • 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions.
  • Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value, adoption outcomes, and long-term platform ownership.
  • Strong relationship-building, accountability, and ability to manage customer expectations and escalations.
  • Experience navigating enterprise customers’ complex structures and aligning multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong consultative discovery skills to uncover goals and translate requirements into a phased solution.
  • Ability to validate fit, surface constraints, define success measures, and make prescriptive recommendations in ambiguity.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with disciplined scope, priorities, and sequencing decisions.
  • Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency; ability to explain AI concepts clearly and advise on responsible AI in workflows.
