Technical Analyst

Overview

In this role you ensure technical systems, data and processes stay accurate to support safe, compliant and high‑quality products. You collaborate with QA, Raw Materials, Specifications, Production and Process teams to enable access to data and drive product integrity. You’ll monitor systems, log issues, and support timely root-cause investigations and corrective actions. You shape reporting through KPI data, trends and presentation packs. This position offers a hands-on path in Technical Compliance within a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.

• Update and maintain technical systems to ensure safety, legality and quality of products
• Log and triage customer complaints and support timely investigations
• Maintain internal audit schedules, traceability plans and track non-conformances
• Complete internal audits on time and support follow‑up actions
• Monitor customer retail systems, share issues with relevant teams
• Collate KPI data and generate trends, summaries and presentation packs
• Support Technical functions by keeping documents and records accurate
• Collaborate with Process, QA, Hygiene, NPD, Commercial, Engineering, Purchasing and Planning teams

• Experience in Technical, QA or compliance roles within food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and audit requirements
• Accurate, organized and able to manage multiple tasks with prioritization
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
• Calm, methodical problem‑solving approach
• Interest in building a career within Technical Compliance or Raw Materials
