Technical Analyst

Insight Global is seeking multiple Deskside Support Technicians to support a high-priority healthcare initiative within a large client environment. These resources will play a key role in meeting increased demand for asset deployment and desktop support across healthcare facilities in the region. While the primary focus will be supporting sites in the Halifax area, there may be occasional travel to other nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Device imaging and deployment
• Software installation and support
• Information gathering (with clients)
• Troubleshooting
• Physical exchange of devices located under and on client desks
• Tracking and reporting of daily work
• Workstation on wheels (WOW cart) assembly and other technology assembly
• Other duties within skillset as assigned by lead and/or manager

Required Skills and Experience

• IT diploma or equivalent (e.g., NSCC, Eastern College, University diploma)
• 2+ years of recent and relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in customer service
• Demonstrated experience in onsite, direct support of clients, and devices
• Must be able to travel to client sites
