In this Technical Analyst role, you will provide 2nd line support, triage, and investigate application issues. You’ll determine whether problems stem from user error, frontend, or backend defects, and relay clear information to the right teams. You’ll work with cross-functional groups to resolve issues and contribute to knowledge resources. This position sits at the intersection of operations, product, and end-user support, with a focus on continuous improvement and impact.

- Triage and respond to support tickets promptly, acting as the first point of contact for users
- Collect detailed information to enable accurate issue diagnosis
- Monitor application logs and dashboards to spot errors and anomalies
- Analyze runtime errors to identify root causes and potential patterns
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, and determine if issues are user, FE, or BE related
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to resolve issues
- Escalate recurring themes and improve support processes and knowledge resources
- Retest solutions with users and confirm issue resolution
- Experience in application or production support, or technical triage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read logs and interpret technical error messages
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
