Technical Analyst

In this role you will support the FlexTrade suite for high-profile financial clients, translating business needs into technical solutions. You’ll be the primary technical contact for allocated clients, collaborating with development teams to design, implement, and deploy custom solutions. You’ll work across the firm to onboard FIX connections and FX liquidity providers, driving product improvements and scalable support. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge trading technology and direct client impact within a globally distributed team.

• Define and understand business/workflow requirements with clients
• Build rapport with client teams and manage expectations and timelines
• Act as the primary technical contact for new requirements, support, and deliverables
• Translate requirements into technical designs and resolve cross-platform problems
• Collaborate with developers to design, build, test, and deploy custom solutions
• On-board client and broker connections to FlexLINK FIX network
• Integrate FX liquidity providers into the FlexTrade liquidity aggregation engine
• Collaborate across the firm to drive product improvements and future innovation
• Provide global client support and own issues from start to finish
• Lead root-cause analysis and propose effective workarounds/solutions

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Programming experience (C++ and Linux/Unix preferred)
• Confident, concise communication to business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm
• Willingness to learn both business and technical aspects of financial capital markets
