4+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

Knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI platform concepts.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power BI, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and REST APIs is preferred.

Ability to support AI platform integrations, APIs, and cloud services.

Assist with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
