Technical Analyst

As a Technical Analyst, you ensure technical systems, data, and processes remain accurate to support safe, legal, and high-quality products. You collaborate with QA, Raw Materials, Specifications, Production and Process teams to uphold product integrity and enable data-driven decisions. You will monitor systems, handle complaints, and maintain audits and KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance. This role offers hands-on impact across site functions in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

- Update and maintain technical systems to ensure safety, legality, and quality of products
- Log, assign, and support timely responses to customer complaints
- Maintain internal audit schedules, traceability tests, and log non-conformances
- Complete internal audits on time and support follow-up actions
- Monitor customer retail systems, review alerts and testing results, and escalate issues
- Collate daily/weekly/monthly KPI data and generate trends and summary reports
- Produce presentation packs, graphs, and summaries as needed
- Support technical functions by keeping documents, trackers, and records accurate
- Collaborate with Process, QA, Hygiene, NPD, Commercial, Engineering, Purchasing and Planning teams
- Experience in Technical, QA or compliance roles within food manufacturing
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and audit requirements
- Accurate, organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
- Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams
- Calm, methodical approach to problem-solving
