Technical Analyst

About the role

The Technical Analyst is a key role for investigating, troubleshooting and coordinating the resolution of application issues for internal and external users. This role works closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve system performance, processes and user experience.

What you'll do

• Investigate, troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of application issues for internal and external users.
• Manage support incidents and service requests, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Document requirements, project plans and application enhancements.
• Ensure system updates and changes follow established incident management processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve applications, workflows and user experiences.
• Analyse data and prepare reports to support client and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support, training and guidance to users as required.
