Technical and Business Analyst

In this mid-level role, you will help deliver end-to-end digital banking solutions for Avaloq’s global clients from the Edinburgh office. You’ll combine banking know-how with technical skills to tailor, integrate and parameterize solutions within the Digital Channels team. You’ll translate customer requirements into specifications, guide development, and ensure smooth handover to operations. This role offers cross-functional teamwork and opportunities to influence digital banking capabilities at scale.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of solutions within the Digital Channels scope
• Design, document and support development of customer-centered solutions
• Perform requirement analysis and create specifications with developers, partners and customers
• Provide customization suggestions and address change requests
• Coordinate project team and act as liaison for Project Manager/Product Owner
• Support software development by clarifying customer requirements
• Define test cases aligned with customer needs

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services or Payments and knowledge of Digital Banking
• University degree in an appropriate discipline
• Ability to apply technical understanding to banking processes and requirements
