Technical Application Consultant - DSP (Biocluster)

In this role you will leverage DSP expertise to drive sales and growth within the Biocluster region, collaborating跨 teams to develop and implement downstream processing solutions. You will manage complex projects from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring a positive customer experience and identifying strategic opportunities. You’ll engage customers in person and virtually, shaping solutions and feeding feedback to influence product and strategy. This position involves regional travel and close interaction with marketing and commercial teams to align offerings with customer needs.

• Manage complex projects from pre-sales through implementation
• Collaborate with Commercial, MSAT and Customer Applications teams to develop DSP solutions
• Engage with customers in person and virtually to present expertise and address needs
• Assist Field Marketing and Commercial teams in planning regional action plans
• Act as a liaison to share customer feedback and influence strategies and product offerings
• Travel up to 60% across Southern UK
• Support alignment of customer manufacturing processes with our product offerings

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Master’s or PhD preferred
• Strong technical experience in DSP Bioprocessing
• Travel availability up to 60% in Southern UK
• Solid understanding of bioproduction workflows across modalities (mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, mRNA, cell/gene therapy)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
